All Simcoe Pale Ale

COAST is not the first brewery to crank up a series of beers that are each brewed with a single hop variety.  The idea is to keep the rest of the recipe static, just vary the hop used so the drinker can get an intimate feel for each hop.  What's unique about COAST's series to-date is that they've been careful to select hops that work perfectly well all by themselves.  These beers are not only educational for your palate, they are delicious in their own right.
