Dead Arm Pale Ale

First, she was called West Coast Pale. Next, Catty Caddy, an odd reference to one of the words often used to describe Chinook hops. Finally, a name stuck. Dead Arm Pale refers to a certain brewer's...unique surfing posture. 'Nuff said.

Loads of Pilsner malt impart a nearly yellow color to this puppy, but the COAST-sized addition of Cascade in the boil and Chinook in the fermenter give it much, MUCH more character than its yellowness would indicate.
