Simcoe Red

COAST's previous venture into hoppy red ale territory was Carnie Fire, and it's important to note that this beer is different in both malt bill and hop profile. That said, it's delicious, with a hoppy spine that runs from aroma, to first sip, to aftertaste. Simcoe is a wonderful all-purpose hop, useful in and after the boil, so pairing it with the ever-steady hop-hands at COAST is a total win.
