Pluff Mud Porter seems to be the most well-received of the initial batch of brews coming out of Holy City's tanks.  The beer defines "smooth," with a creamy character that does not give way to a dry finish as many other porters do.  Despite its darkness, it's not very heavy, making for a beer great for imbibing in any weather.

A bourbon-barrel aged version of this debuted in April 2012.
