Chocolate Bock

Chocolate and lager is an unlikely pairing if I ever heard one, but Palmetto Brewing made their best effort to combine the two in one of their earliest (if no the earliest) forays into their Bocat line of seasonals.  It is precisely what it sounds like, a bock made with actual chocolate and therefore with some chocolate notes, but a surprisingly light coloration.  "It is what it is" would be an apt phrase for this one.
