Grätzer
Westbrook is showing a real fondness for obscure, antiquated, German wheat styles - first Lichtenhainer, then Gose, now Grätzer. The style is historically marked by having a very low ABV, but an extremely heavy smoked wheat malt bill (100% traditionally, 90% in Westbrook's version), and an aggressive hopping schedule. Sounds like a palate killer that won't in turn kill your night. Skoal!
