Hot Garbage Scambic Berliner Rice (Stillwater collaboration)

When Brian "Stillwater" Strumke was brewing his adjuct saison, Stillwater Premium, at Westbrook Brewing, the guys got a wild idea. Why not pull off some of the wort and inoculate the living hell out of it with all manner of bugs? Based on the first of its three names, methinks the funk is strong with this one.
