"Cena di Birra" at BACCO w/ CBX

The CBX gang is teaming up with BACCO Italian Restaurant to present their second Rare Italian Beer Dinner. There are very exciting things happening in  Italy's craft beer scene, and the BACCO team has their finger on the pulse, so expect some awesome pairings.

• Antipasti  - Antipasti Dal Mare Alla Griglia (grilled mixed seafood & spring vegetables) vs. Piccolo Birrificio Seson (6% ABV, 87, 73)
• Primi - Farro Risotto (Farro risotto with Cornish game hen breast and confit leg) vs. Birrificio Le Baladin Super Baladin (8% ABV, 87, 93)
• Secondi - Brasato Di Agnello Collo (Braised lamb neck with roasted spring vegetables) vs. Birrificio Montegioco Demon Hunter (8.5% ABV, 86, 91)
• Dolce - TBD vs. LoverBeer D'uva Beer (8% ABV, 84, 94) and Birrificio Le Baladin Nora Sour Edition (6.8% ABV, 86, 91)
